Driving Gender Equality: The Power of Supply Chains

March 25 @ 19:00 - 20:00 CET

14:00 – 15:00 EDT | 19:00-20:00 CET | 26 March, 02:00-03:00 SGT | +++ Register here (it’s free!): Registration link +++

This session explores how procurement can actively drive gender equality and women’s empowerment. It will highlight the power of supply chains as a practical lever for change and share guidance on putting gender-responsive procurement into action.

Participants will explore:

  • Why procurement matters for advancing gender equality — and the power it holds to influence supply chains
  • How to embed gender equality across the full procurement cycle, including practical tools for gender-responsive procurement
  • Lessons learned from private sector companies, United Nations entities, and other organisations that have implemented gender-responsive procurement

You will leave with a clear understanding that gender equality is not an add-on, but a fundamental pillar of sustainable and resilient supply chains — and a responsibility procurement can lead.
