Event Series: WSPD 2026

Circularity in Action: Recycling Deep-dive

March 25 @ 20:00 - 21:00 CET

15:00–16:00 EDT | 20:00–21:00 CET | 26 March 2026, 03:00–04:00 SGT | +++ Register here (it’s free!): Registration link +++

This session explores how to design circular collection systems that deliver real closed-loop impact — even when working below internal operational thresholds. It offers a practical look at partnerships, infrastructure access, portfolio economics, and the operational realities behind scaling circular models.

You can expect to explore:

  • How to build circular collection models that include all clients, while addressing internal limitations and coverage gaps
  • How strategic partnerships and access to existing infrastructure can enable broader reach and improved utilization
  • How to assess financial viability at system level, and navigate operational complexity, coordination effort, and governance realities

You will leave with a clear understanding that achieving real closed-loop impact and broad customer coverage requires system thinking, strategic partnerships, and models that work below internal thresholds — using infrastructure that already exists and evaluating performance at system level, even when complexity and hidden costs are part of the journey.
