This session highlights how circular economy (CE) practices are being advanced across South East Asia and how procurement plays a critical role in delivering value for business, planet and people. It will explore regional developments and practical business approaches to CE implementation.
Participants will explore:
- The context of Circular Economy across ASEAN Member States, their aspirations, and how the ASEAN Circular Economy Business Alliance (ACEBA) is mobilising businesses
- Circular Economy in practice and the business drivers behind it
- Key global, regional and national developments, with business examples from the region
- Procurement practices in South East Asia that support Circular Economy implementation
You will leave with a clearer understanding of Circular Economy and how businesses can implement it in practice — and realise tangible benefits through effective procurement and business action.
