SUMMARY:SPP India | KICK-OFF EVENT - Why Should Procurement Consider Sustainability?
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to be launching the SPP India chapter\, with this being the first of multiple events that offer a space for people in Procurement functions in and around India who are looking to drive more sustainable sourcing practices. \nThe first session aims to identify the growing relevance of the sustainability agenda and action items for procurement professionals. It deep dives into the risks and opportunities associated with the lack of awareness or proactive actions in this space. \nThis initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to tell us what other topics you are keen to learn about and share experiences on. We welcome you to share this event with your colleagues. \n\nJoin the SPP Community for all events\, tools and Ambassador bonuses: sustainableprocurementpledge/register/\nJoin Supplier Diversity discussion via our SPP LinkedIn Group on the topic: SPP India | Groups | LinkedIn\nAs with all SPP events and platforms\, we ask attendees for active\, respectful participation and to refrain from sales pitches and solicitation. We kindly ask you to read and adhere to the SPP Netiquette (www.spp.earth)\nThe event will be recorded and shared on the SPP YouTube channel: Sustainable Procurement Pledge – YouTube
