Discussions will center on sustainable growth as a strategic imperative\, ensuring future expansion aligns with environmental responsibility. We’ll examine translating strategy into action\, moving from high-level goals to practical supplier requirements\, and highlight the role of the supply chain in driving measurable ESG outcomes. The event will also showcase the Balanced Scorecard as a catalyst for transparency and accountability\, and consider digital transformation for sustainability\, including the evolution toward real-time performance tracking and tailored improvement roadmaps.
